Lost and found items
If your leave your personal items on the train, please call 6 31 00 23 or send an e-mail to infopunkt@edel.ee (Information service of Balti Railway Station). The information sent by you will be forwarded to the customer service representatives of our trains. Unfortunately, notification of the lost item does not necessarily mean that the item will be found since Edelaraudtee can not assume responsibility for the personal items left on our trains.
If you find an item left on the train, please give it to the customer service representative who will send it to Balti Railway Station.
The found items will be deposited for 3 months. Materials liable to deterioration (foodstuffs, etc) will be immediately destroyed.
