Edelaraudtee Infrastruktuuri AS was founded on 25 July 2001, as a result of the division of Edelaraudtee AS.

 

The company owns:

268 km of track structures, of which:

  • 223.8 km are main tracks and
  • 44 km are station tracks;

11 railway stations:

Tallinn-Väike, Liiva, Kiisa, Kohila, Rapla, Lelle, Tootsi, Pärnu, Türi, Võhma and Viljandi;

20 railway stops:

Männiku, Saku, Kasemetsa, Roobuka, Vilivere, Lohu, Hagudi, Keava, Koogiste, Eidapere, Villivere, Tori, Pulli, Papiniidu, Käru, Taikse, Kärevere, Ollepa, Olustvere and Sürgavere;

35 passenger platforms; and

72 level crossings, of which:

  • 7 have automatic light signals, barrier gates and video surveillance;
  • 1 has automatic light signals and barrier gates; and
  • 20 have automatic light signals.
